2. Services

Monarch Painting & Home Improvement provides residential and commercial home improvement services, which may include, but are not limited to:

Interior and exterior painting
Pressure washing and soft washing
Drywall repair
Wallpaper removal
Flooring installation
Light carpentry and handyman services
Other home improvement services as agreed upon

The exact scope of work for each project will be described in the written estimate, proposal, or contract provided to the customer.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection.

Prices may change if:

The scope of work changes.
Hidden or unforeseen conditions are discovered.
The customer requests additional work.
Material costs change prior to project scheduling.

An estimate does not become a binding agreement until it has been accepted by both parties.

4. Scheduling

Project dates are estimates and are subject to change due to weather, material availability, staffing, emergencies, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any scheduling changes.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide safe access to the property.
Secure pets and keep children away from active work areas.
Remove valuables and fragile items from work areas.
Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available when needed.
Inform us of known hazards or existing property conditions.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any required HOA or community approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in each estimate or contract.

Failure to make payments when due may result in:

Suspension of work
Late fees where permitted by law
Collection efforts
Recovery of reasonable attorney's fees and court costs if legal action becomes necessary

7. Change Orders

Any work requested outside the original proposal may require a written change order and additional charges.

Verbal requests may not be honored until approved.

8. Existing Conditions

Monarch Painting & Home Improvement is not responsible for defects or damage resulting from existing conditions, including but not limited to:

Rotten or deteriorated wood
Loose paint
Structural movement
Water intrusion
Mold or mildew
Hidden damage
Improper previous repairs
Defective construction
Normal wear and tear

Certain cleaning or preparation methods may reveal conditions that were previously concealed.

9. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Monarch provides only the workmanship warranty specifically described in the customer's signed agreement.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear
Abuse or neglect
Acts of nature
Water intrusion
Structural movement
Customer-caused damage
Improper maintenance
Work performed by others

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monarch Painting & Home Improvement shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

11. Website Use

The content of this website is provided for informational purposes only.

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with website functionality.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.

12. Intellectual Property
